SHIPPING

AUSTRALIA WIDE:

$12.00 AUD – Standard Shipping: 2-8 working days.
$20.00 AUD – Express Shipping: 1-3 working days.

INTERNATIONAL: 

$30 AUD - Standard Shipping: 6-27 working days.

Please note - this our shipping standard, rates and times may differ. 

 

RETURNS:

The Stella & Sol team take great care to ensure each order is packed securely for the trip to it's forever home. However, we understand that there are rare occasions where damages out of our control may occur during transit. 

Photos are taken whilst all orders are packed. In the unlikely event an item arrives damaged, please contact us via email - stella.and.sol@outlook.com 

ONCE EMAIL IS REVIEWED:

→ We will follow up if any additional information is required.

→ Notify you once we received the returned item.

→ Notify you of the approval or rejection of store credit / exchange.

→ Once refund is approved, a store credit of the same value as the returned item/s will be issued.

→ Alternatively, if we have the same stock on hand of the returned item/s, you will be given the option to replace your damaged item with a new one instead of receiving a store credit. 

 

CHANGE OF MIND:

Unfortunately, we do not accept change of mind returns
